When you use AI StockPulse, we may collect:
- Telegram ID and username — to identify your account and deliver reports
- Phone number — collected via Telegram's native contact share, used solely for account verification and Razorpay payment records
- Payment information — processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers or UPI credentials
- Usage data — stocks searched, reports requested, language preference, ratings and feedback
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver stock analysis reports to your Telegram account
- To process payments via Razorpay
- To improve the Service and resolve technical issues
- To send service-related notifications (not marketing spam)
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in an encrypted SQLite database hosted on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to process your payment (Razorpay).
4. Third-Party Services
- Razorpay — payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy
- Telegram — report delivery platform. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy
- Anthropic Claude API — AI analysis generation. No personal data is included in AI prompts
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for audio summaries. Only stock analysis text is sent, no personal data
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as you use the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@aistockpulse.in.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
AI StockPulse is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram.
