Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a full refund within 24 hours if your report fails to generate or contains a verifiable data error. Once a report is successfully delivered, it is not eligible for a refund as it is a digital product.
1. Digital Product Policy
AI StockPulse reports are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Because each report is generated on demand using computational resources, we follow a limited refund policy as outlined below.
2. Eligible for Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- Your report failed to generate after a successful payment (technical failure on our end)
- The report was delivered for the wrong stock due to a system error
- You were charged twice for the same report
- The report contains a demonstrable data error (e.g., wrong CMP, clearly incorrect indicator values) that you report within 24 hours of delivery
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The report was successfully delivered and you are dissatisfied with the market analysis or indicator readings
- You disagree with the AI observation or technical summary
- The stock did not move in the direction suggested by the indicators (AI StockPulse is a technical analysis tool, not an advisory — market outcomes are beyond our control)
- More than 24 hours have passed since report delivery
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction:
- Email: support@aistockpulse.in
- Include your Telegram ID, the stock name, the date/time of the report, and a brief description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Cancellation
Since reports are generated on demand, there is no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time transaction for a single report.
